-By participating in any event (including pub/bar crawls) organized and hosted by Playacrawl Tours SA de CV you the participant, agree to the following terms and conditions without restriction: 

 

1. All participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the event. Playacrawl Tours SA de CV will do its best to ensure that participants safely attend a variety of localities and venues within Tulum City However, its organizers events cannot mitigate every eventuality and as such, Playacrawl Tours SA de CV events involve an element of possible risk. All participants acknowledge these risks and attend events of their own accord and solely at their own risk. 

 

2. Playacrawl Tours SA de CV events include opportunities for participants to consume alcohol at their own discretion.   Playacrawl Tours SA de CV urge all participants to drink responsibly and cannot accept any responsibility or liability if participants drink excessively, resulting in damages, ill health, injury or death. 

 

3. All participants should be aware of their own physical or mental limitations before attending an event. People with medical conditions or who are pregnant are strongly advised not to participate in Playacrawl Tours SA de CV events and must inform organizers of the full nature of their condition before participating.

 

 4. All Tulumcrawl participants must be 18 years or older. Only official identification will be accepted as proof of age and includes: Passports, driver licenses, proof of age (18 plus) cards, etc. Unacceptable identification includes photocopies, student cards and other non-government issued identification. 

 

5. All tickets must be purchased before you may participate in the event. Tickets purchased from distributors (hostels, accommodation providers, online sales, etc) will be redeemed for a wristband at the starting venue.

 

6.Playacrawl Tours SA de CV  reserves the right to cancel a tour at our discretion and for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, Playacrawl Tours SA de CV will try to contact distributors and clients as quickly as possible and will refund or replace tickets where appropriate. 

 

7. Playacrawl Tours SA de CV reserves the right to change or modify tours without notice, including changing or altering venues and routes. In the event of a change, Tulumcrawl will endeavor to substitute comparable venues, but accepts no liability for changes. 

 

8.Playacrawl Tours SA de CV accepts no liability for participant’s behavior and reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from events anyone who is drunk, disorderly, aggressive, abusive or anti-social. In the event of refusal or removal, Tulumcrawl will not refund ticket prices or cover any additional costs incurred by participants as a result. 

 

9. The participant agrees to indemnify Playacrawl Tours SA de CV (it’s employees, directors, suppliers, agents, distributors, representatives, etc) against any third party claims as a result of the participant’s behavior and actions. Any damages or loss caused by a participant is solely the participant’s responsibility. 

 

10. All venues (including bars and clubs), attended by  Playacrawl tours SA de CV reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants from venues for any reason including drunk, disorderly, aggressive, abusive or anti-social behavior. Playacrawl Tours SA de CV accepts no liability in the event of refusal or removal and will not refund ticket prices in such an event. This document was last updated on MAY 26, 2021​

 

-POLÍTICA de privacidad al participar en cualquier evento (incluyendo barra/pub crawls) organizado y patrocinado por Playacrawl Tours SA de CV el participante, de acuerdo a los siguientes términos y condiciones sin restricción:

 

1. Todos los participantes son responsables de su propio bienestar y seguridad durante el evento. Playacrawl Tours SA de CV hará todo lo posible para asegurar que los participantes asistan con seguridad a una variedad de localidades y lugares dentro de la ciudad de Nueva York. Sin embargo, sus eventos organizadores no pueden mitigar cualquier eventualidad y por lo tanto, los eventos de Tulumcrawl implican un elemento de posible riesgo. Identificaciones inaceptable incluyen fotocopias, tarjetas de estudiante y otras identificaciones no-emitidas por el gobierno.

5.Todos los boletos deben comprarse antes de que usted pueda participar en el evento. Boletos comprados de distribuidores (Hostales, proveedores de alojamiento, ventas en línea, etc.) serán redimidos por una pulsera/brazalete en el lugar de partida.

6.Playacrawl Tours SA de CV se reserva el derecho a cancelar un viaje a nuestra discreción y por cualquier razón. En caso de una cancelación, Playacrawl Tours SA de CV intentará contactarse con distribuidores y clientes tan pronto como sea posible y consolidaremos o reemplazaremos las entradas apropiadamente.

7. Playacrawl Tours SA de CV se reserva el derecho de cambiar o modificar los tours sin previo aviso, incluyendo el cambio o modificación de rutas y lugares. En caso de cambio, Playacrawl Tours SA de CV tratará de sustituir lugares comparables, pero no asume ninguna responsabilidad por cambios.

8. Playacrawl Tours SA de CV no asume responsabilidad alguna por el comportamiento de los participantes y se reserva el derecho de negar la entrada o quitar de eventos a quien esté borracho, desordenado, agresivo, abusivo o antisocial. En caso de denegación o retirada, Playacrawl Tours SA de CV no reembolsará el precio de los boletos ni cubrirá posibles gastos adicionales incurridos por los participantes como resultado.

9. El participante se compromete a indemnizar Playacrawl Tours SA de CV (sus empleados, directores, proveedores, agentes, distribuidores, representantes, etc.) contra cualquier reclamo de terceros como resultado de acciones y el comportamiento del participante. Cualquier daño o pérdida causada por un participante es responsabilidad exclusiva del participante.

10. todos los lugares (incluyendo bares y discotecas), a los que  Playacrawl Tours Sa de CV se presente, Playacrawl Tours SA de CV se reserva el derecho de negar la entrada o eliminar participantes de lugares por cualquier razón incluyendo comportamiento borracho, desordenado, agresivo, abusivo o antisocial. Playacrawl tours SA de CV no asume ninguna responsabilidad en caso de rechazo o retiro y no reembolsará los precios de las entradas en este caso.
